Post & Packaging
All our items are checked prior to despatch and are suitably packaged. Please check the items on delivery.

For UK Orders:
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery,Special Delivery and Standard Parcels for despatch. which require a signature upon delivery.
You have the option to change the preferred delivery method at the 'Checkout' stage.

For Non-UK Orders:
We use Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets service, for orders over 2Kg, packages may be split into two or more consignments. The delivery charge shown may be subject to change when your order is processed. We will advise you by email if this is the case.

Delivery
For all orders received Monday to Friday we aim to despatch within 48 hours. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will not be processed before Monday. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and are service dependant, but for UK orders, usually 1-2 days, Europe 2-5 days, Elsewhere 3-7 days.

Back Orders
We will notify you if an item is out of stock and advise wherever possible expected delivery date(s). Items are placed on back order in this case unless notified by you to the contrary.
